Present your research at NCUR! Posted on October 29th, 2010 by

Each year, Gustavus sends a number of students to the National Conference on Undergraduate Research. This is a great opportunity for Gustavus students to present their research, scholarship, and creative work at a national venue designed just for undergraduate students.

This year’s conference is during our Spring Break (March 29-April 3, including travel days) and is in Ithaca, NY. (As a native Northeasterner, I highly recommend Ithaca as a great little city to visit!)

If you are interested in attending this meeting, first talk to a faculty member with whom you have been working, since you must have a faculty sponsor for the event. Then contact Bruce Van Duser before November 19th, which is also the abstract submission deadline. You must commit to attending before you submit your abstract.

This conference is for student work in all fields of study. For instance, visual arts submissions will be part of a special exhibit in the Ithaca College Handwerker Gallery for 2 weeks!

For more information, visit the conference web site, or contact Bruce Van Duser with questions (bvand@gustavus.edu).
